  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the GetBag website within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
     By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a legal guardian.


2. Products & Availability

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
  • GetBag reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product colors or details may slightly vary.

3. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
  • Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.
  • Payments may be made through the available payment methods shown on the website.

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
  • GetBag reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are prepared within 24 hours.
  • Delivery across Egypt within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on location.
  • Order tracking is available.
  • If the order is placed and not collected from the courier:
    • Shipping fees will be deducted.


6. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging is required.
  • If the packaging is missing or damaged, the packaging cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In cases where the return is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging must be returned in the same condition.
  • If a packaging issue occurs during exchange, the replacement item may be delivered without packaging.
  • In cases where the exchange is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.


8. Cash on Delivery

  • GetBag reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery orders in cases of repeated order refusal or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of GetBag and is protected under Egyptian intellectual property laws.


10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Provide incorrect or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Captain Rabeh may use third-party services such as shipping companies, payment gateways, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.


12. Limitation of Liability

  • Captain Rabeh shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted under Egyptian law.
